how to prepare a NIP for each product you have
making a link between what information is on the front of your pack; and on the back of your pack; and how you promote your product to your target customer.
You will leave knowing:
how to create a NIP for your products that meets your legal requirements
understand how you can link the information on the front and back of your pack with your brand, so it assists you to sell the product.
This workshop is limited to 8 participants. Make sure you bring your recipe and ingredient information with you to create your own NIPs on the day.

Kylie Suich, The Business of Food
Kylie learnt to cook watching her Aunt make amazing biscuits; inventing sauces with her Dad; and baking cheesecakes for her Mum's gourmet food shop. Her first paid job was at a high school cafe, she waitressed in an italian restaurant and worked at the footy and races in Melbourne while a uni student; and she ran away to join the circus for six months - by working in an all day kiosk in Yulura NT where outback catering has logistical difficulties unique to being 450kms from the nearest town.
It was inevitable that Kylie would eventually have a food business of some type - and being a chocolate addict, it was a decadent dessert business. From her personal experience of being the maker, baker, marketer, budgeter and distributor, Kylie truly understands how tough and how rewarding it can be to establish a food business and she provides the practical straight to the point advice you need for your own food business.
