It's easy to blow your dough on the stand fee and set up costs to attend a foodie trade show.

This info session is designed to assist you make the most of your stand, by providing practical advice on how to:

  • present your business / packaged food product / trade show specials

  • ensure you get genuine customer engagement

  • stand out in a crowded venue

  • keep your cool under pressure.

Hosted by Jane Del Rosso and Kylie Suich from The Business of Food, this info session is for a maximum of 8 participants, so there is time for everyone to ask questions and get practical advice for their own business. 

Venue details:

Worksmith is a collaborative hub and coworking space for the Hospitality Industry, so the perfect venue.  We will be using their meeting room on the far left hand side of the space.

Two hour parking can be found in the surrounding streets, but it goes quick - so consider catching the number 86 Tram along Smith Street & get off at stop 20 near Rose Street or Stop 21 at Alexandra Parade.
