Hosted by Jane Del Rosso and Kylie Suich from The Business of Food this workshop is co-facilitated with a Brand & Design Specialist. This practical workshop will:
provide practical advice on how to prepare a NIP
explain all the legal requirements for your packed food
include tips for tweaking your recipes and using packaging to extend shelf life
give examples of packaging matched to different types of products
how to convey your brand ethos through packaging.
You will leave knowing:
how to prepare a NIP and have practiced preparing a few for your product(s)
how to make the most of the ‘real estate’ available on food packaging
a variety of packaging options and how to research what will suit your product.
