 Tonight's guest speaker is Melissa Pepers, the founder of Bonbo, which specialises in food trend forecasting and consumer behaviour.  Bonbo focuses on taking businesses into new territory where they will be the thriving first movers. They work with risk-takers comfortable running a competitive business because when you’re number one you can’t look to your competition for what to do next.
