This practical info session focusing on how to sell your Artisan Food Product, is specifically designed for new businesses struggling to get their product onto the retail shelf or included on a distributors list. It aims to give you the tools and confidence to get your product onto a retail shelf.
This session will introduce you to effective sales techniques and provide advice on how to:
choose appropriate retail outlets for your product
approach retail outlets and distributors and successfully pitch your Artisan Food Product to them
become a Food Service supplier
prepare a Wholesale Price List
You will leave ready to prepare your pitch and info pack for retailers and distributors.
Then you will have the opportunity to overcome the fear of selling your product for the first time to a distributor.
We will put you in touch with a Boutique Food Distributor – to ‘role play’ sending them your business info pack and calling them to pitch your product. The distributor will then give you feedback on what worked well with your approach to them & how you can improve your info pack and pitch.
This session will shift you from being nervous to confident, as you get your product stocked on retail shelves.
