    Pioneered Australia’s first dedicated kitchen incubator, My Other Kitchen, and managed Monash Food Innovation Centre’s kitchen incubator program.

  • Community Food Initiatives

    Designed and implemented Mamma’s Kitchen, now the thriving social enterprise “Meals with Impact”, delivering food and employment opportunities during Victoria’s toughest lockdowns.

  • Food Business Programs

    Delivered Ignite Food Passions Program nine times with Brimbank City Council, supporting aspiring food entrepreneurs to launch and grow.

  • Mentoring & Advisory

    Partnered with Sustain Australia and Melbourne Innovation Centre to mentor emerging food businesses and repurpose kitchen spaces for innovation; in addition to our ongoing food business consulting and advisory services.

  • Food Hub Activation

    Worked with Melbourne Farmers Market Association to activate the Alphington Community Food Hub, creating opportunities for local producers.
