Welcome to our updated website, that makes it easier to find the information you need on how we provide practical advice to own a successful food business.
The Business of Food blog is also new. We’ll be sharing practical advice and tips about running a retail food business – packaged up into snack size posts to make it easier for you to digest.
In any business, the people involved are the most important thing. Have you met our passionate food loving team yet?
Jane Del Rosso, is the owner. A food business guru she left her corporate career to train in cooking and pursue her passion for all things food. A natural food incubator, she established The Business of Food in 2009 to bring together her business savvy, passion for food, and love of supporting other small businesses. (If you haven’t met yet, that’s Jane on the left in the pic)
Luis Osorio, is a former executive with one of the largest agribusinesses in Latin America and knows lots about product development and food innovation. He helps set the direction of the business, gives structure to the programs we run and has a particular passion for the social purpose side of a food business.
Kylie Suich, successfully launched her own food business and continues to work within other artisan food businesses. Her first-hand experience combined with her ‘day job’ as a Project Manager make her the perfect go-to for any start-up foodie business.
Kristy Lawrence is a Food Technologist and loves to share her experience in product development, process improvement and large-scale food manufacturing. Kristy manages the delivery of our many fabulous events and workshops. Along with Jane, Luis and Kylie – Kristy also provides 1:1 coaching to our clients.
